Helen Lê is a Senior Research Associate in Strain Development at Invaio since May 2021, specializing in method development for high-throughput cloning, peptide/protein production, purification, and evaluating protein stability. Prior experience includes roles as Research Associate II and Research Associate in Strain Development, where contributions were made to genetically engineer bioactives aimed at agricultural pest and pathogen management. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst—one in Microbiology and a minor in Studio Art, and the other in Plant & Soil Sciences. Additionally, foundational research experience includes a Co-Op Research Intern position at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, focusing on CRISPR/Cas9 and RNAi techniques.
