James Sievert

James Sievert, Ph.D., is a Senior Formulation Scientist with over 10 years of experience in the development of FDA and EPA-regulated products for both agriculture and consumer sectors. They have worked in various roles, including serving as a Chemist, Research Scientist, and Senior Scientist, where they led projects from concept to commercialization and designed high-performance formulation laboratories. James has a strong track record of mentoring junior scientists and fostering cross-functional teamwork to drive organizational goals. They currently hold the position of Senior Formulation Scientist at Invaio, following prior experience at companies such as Syngenta and Reynolds American Inc. James earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
