Joseph X.

Joseph X. has a wealth of experience in the technical engineering field. Joseph began their career in 2010 as a Principal Technical Operations at CVS Health. In 2011, they moved to MEDITECH as a Senior Software Support Specialist. In 2016, they joined Elekta as a Product Support Specialist, where they were responsible for providing remote technical support for complex customer issues with DICOM/MOSAIQ Radiology Oncology software. Joseph also had expert knowledge of company products and service policies and procedures, and effectively communicated to clinical professionals (oral and written) in trouble shooting Oncology Information Systems (OIS). In 2017, they joined Invaluable as a Senior Technical Engineer, where they served as a liaison between Customer Support and Engineering, responding to inquiries from clients (bidders and auctioneers) and documenting issues in tracking tools.

Joseph X. attended the University of Rhode Island from 2003 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In December 2010, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
