Luis Piombo has extensive experience in quality assurance and welding inspection within the nuclear and energy sectors. Positions held include Inspector de Calidad & Soldadura QA/QC at Tecna, where involvement in the Expansion Project U&O 10682 at the Axion Refinery took place from October 2018 to August 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nucleoeléctrica Argentina S.A. from March 2008 to May 2015, focusing on quality inspection for the construction of the Atucha II Nuclear Power Plant and the ASECQ nuclear storage project.
