Jack Schuler

Jack Schuler has extensive experience in financial management and budget analysis, particularly in defense. From 2002 to 2009, Jack served as the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller, followed by a decade as Budget Director on the House Committee on Armed Services, where significant contributions included managing over $700 billion in discretionary funding and ensuring the Department of Defense achieved audit readiness by 2017. Currently, as a Principal at Invariant, Jack utilizes expertise gained during previous roles, including Director positions at Boeing, where responsibilities included influencing federal fiscal policy and supporting long-term business strategies for defense operations. Jack holds both a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
