Ryan Dilworth

Ryan Dilworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Invariant since January 2026, Ryan has previously held multiple roles at the U.S. House of Representatives from April 2015 to January 2026, including Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, Senior Legislative Aide, and Constituent Services Representative. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Risk Management Analyst at Ocean Partners, USA INC from May 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included monitoring and assessing risks related to futures in the commodities market. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Ohio University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
