Mark Weprin

Mark Weprin currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs at Invenergy LLC, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Weprin was a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2017 to December 2022 and held various governmental positions, including Deputy Secretary for Legislative Affairs under Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and Council Member for the New York City Council. With extensive experience in legislative matters, Weprin also served as an Assemblymember in the New York State Assembly and held legal roles with several firms including Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, PC, and Goldstein & Greenlaw, LLP. Weprin's academic background includes a Doctor of Law from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University at Albany. Additionally, Weprin was an Adjunct Professor at Queens College from 1994 to 1999.
