Stuart Winter

Stuart Winter is the Vice President and UK Country Manager at Invenergy LLC, overseeing the development and origination of low carbon energy generation projects since April 2020. Prior to this, Stuart held the position of Director at JLL from April 2006 to April 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating planning applications, advising on strategy, managing public consultations, and preparing environmental statements for renewable energy projects. Additional experience includes a role as Associate Director at Fife Council and Planner positions at Leicester City Council. Stuart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning from the University of Aberdeen, earned between 1999 and 2004.
