Jonnie Hefty has over 20 years of experience in sales support and operations, with a strong focus on technology and client services. Currently a Microsoft Sales Support Specialist at INVENIO MARKETING SOLUTIONS since October 2014, Jonnie is responsible for contract facilitation and renewal processes for Microsoft Premier Services.
