Burçin Y.

Burçin Y. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Burçin first started as an HR & EU Projects Specialist at TEKİS in 2003, where they worked on grant projects funded by the European Union to generate employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as an HR & Quality Management Executive at Çözüm Holding A.Ş., where they developed and implemented HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Burçin also managed all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations.

In 2010, Burçin Y. joined YBP Group of Companies as Deputy Director of Human Resources, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and programs, managed recruitment processes, and identified training and development needs.
