Igor Derbyshev has extensive experience in the software industry, with their most recent position being a Senior Software Engineer/Architect at Invent.us since February 2019. In this role, they are responsible for developing a cloud solution for the wealth management industry, utilizing Domain Driven Design, CQRS+Event Sourcing, and containerized microservices.

At Microsoft, Igor was involved in customer meetings, proposal writing, software development, and team management until their departure in February 2015.

Before their time at Microsoft, Igor worked as a Software Architect and remote team technical supervisor at IBS from September 2009 to February 2011. Igor also held the position of Senior Developer at IBS from February 2007 to September 2009. During this time, Igor worked on a variety of projects utilizing .NET, SharePoint, and SQL Server, with clients mainly from state institutions, education, and the oil industry.

Prior to their work at IBS, Igor worked at E-Style Software House as a Software Architect from June 2006 to February 2007, and as a Software Developer from October 2005 to June 2006. Their earliest work experience is at MasterCode, where they served as a Software Developer from September 2001 to October 2005.

Igor Derbyshev obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bryansk State Technical University (BSTU), where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
