Jim Powell

Jim Powell has worked in the automotive industry since 1997. Jim began their career at General Motors, where they worked as an International Product Manager, Director of Global Processes, and Director of Planning & Program Control. In 2012, they moved to inventEV as Vice President of Planning, where they were responsible for developing and manufacturing emergency mobile power generation solutions and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) Trucks for commercial fleets.

Jim Powell attended Stanford University from 1974 to 1979, where they earned a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. Jim then attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Jim also attended Harvard Business School from 1983 to present, but did not receive a degree.
