Greg Textrum

Greg Textrum is a highly experienced Senior Lease Accountant at InvenTrust Properties Corp. since April 2021, with a strong background in commercial real estate consulting, having previously worked at Continental Lease Advisors and RSM US LLP in various roles related to lease consulting and compliance. Greg's expertise includes reviewing and auditing CAM and tax reconciliations, preparing lease abstracts for acquisitions, and resolving tenant disputes. Prior experience includes positions at Retail Properties of America and Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, as well as management experience at Textrum Property Management. Greg holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
