Lauren Suva

Lauren Suva has led InvenTrust’s Human Resources team since January 2018. She joined the company in July 2017 as Senior Director, Human Resources, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President before she assumed her current position in November 2019. Previously, Lauren spent thirteen years in various Human Resources roles at Berlin Packaging, which included experience in Talent Acquisition, Employment Management, Benefits, Performance Management and HR Information Services.

Lauren received her B.S. in Human Resources and Marketing from Marquette University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
