Inventure is a Mauritius-licensed fund administration and corporate services firm built for how capital moves today — across borders, across asset classes, and increasingly towards Africa.
We serve fund managers, institutional investors, multinationals, and family offices who need a partner that understands the structure, the jurisdiction, and the deal. With coverage in South Africa, the UAE, London, and Zurich, we administer GBCs, trusts, foundations, VCCs, and closed-end fund structures. We also provide shared services solutions for global clients centralising corporate, accounting, and compliance functions through Mauritius.
Inventure was founded by practitioners, not administrators. Our leadership brings decades of experience in investment banking, cross-border structuring, and Africa-focused capital markets. We've sat on the other side of the table — and it shapes how we serve clients. We don't wait to be told what's needed. When a fund closing requires parallel workstreams across KYC, banking, regulatory filings, and investor onboarding, we run them as one coordinated effort.
Mauritius sits at the intersection of African opportunity and global capital. Our clients include Africa-focused PE and VC funds, development finance mandates, cross-border holding structures, and global corporates leveraging Mauritius as an operational hub. We know what regulators expect, how banking partners assess risk, and where compliance friction hides — and we manage around it before it becomes your problem.
We are a second-generation management company — purpose-built to deliver what legacy CSPs often couldn't: genuine responsiveness, commercial awareness, and operational depth without the bureaucracy. Our systems run on Allvue with automated workflows and real-time client visibility.
If you're looking for a partner that treats your deadline like their own, we should talk.
