Mike Bartlein is a retired Detective Sergeant with extensive experience in law enforcement, currently affiliated with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh since 2015. Prior to this role, they served at the Grand Chute Police Department from 1994 to 2015 as a Patrolman and Detective, handling a wide range of criminal investigations. Mike began their career in firearm sales at Gander Mountain Store from 1991 to 1994 and holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Fox Valley Technical College. They are set to retire from the university on January 6, 2024.
