Founded over 37 years ago, INVERLINK is one of the leading investment banks specialized in mergers & acquisitions, structured and project financing as well as capital markets throughout Latin America. As the first investment bank in Colombia, and as an independent firm, we are leaders in structuring and executing transactions with high degree of complexity under international standards.

Our extensive and proven track record in the industry translate in exceptional relationships with many of the country’s leading corporations, financial institutions, key investors and government authorities. Our team is comprised by a group of highly qualified professionals with local and international experience.

We work hard to understand the needs and objectives of our clients with the purpose of providing added value that goes beyond just an advisory service. Whether our clients are local or international, we help them decipher the local business landscape and connect them with the right people so that they can efficiently and effectively achieve their strategic goals.
