Matt Delaney

Matt Delaney has a diverse work experience in the field of forestry. Matt started their career as a Forester at Winrock International in 1997 and worked there until 2004. In 2009, they joined Finite Carbon as a Senior Forester and stayed until 2010 when they started their own company called Delaney Forestry Services. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Project Development at L&C Carbon, LLC, and worked there until 2014. Currently, they are working as the Head of Carbon Forestry at Invert Inc.

Matt Delaney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, from 1989 to 1991. Matt pursued further education and acquired a Master of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from 1993 to 1996.
