Tom Shaw

Tom Shaw is an experienced professional in the horticulture and operations sector, currently serving as the Projects and Operations Manager at InvertiGro since November 2020, where responsibilities have included roles as Horticulture Operations Lead and Horticulture Technician. Prior to this, Tom was involved in coaching surf safety skills and first aid at SHORE School from January 2016 to March 2021. A sustainability internship at 4 Pines Brewing Company in late 2019 provided Tom with insights into sustainable supply chain practices aligned with B Corp certification. Tom's community engagement includes a year of volunteering with C3 Church Ryde in 2016, focusing on youth ministry and international missions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Food and Agribusiness from the University of Sydney, completed in 2020, and attended SHORE from 2008 to 2015.
