John Zerr is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Global Investments at Invesco Ltd. and previously held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer, Canada at Invesco Canada. Zerr's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, as well as Vice President and Counsel at Delaware Investments. They coordinated legal assistance to the Government of Lithuania as an In-Country Liaison for the American Bar Association and have held various leadership roles within Invesco US and Aequitas Innovations Inc. Zerr holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ursinus College and a Juris Doctor from Temple University.
