Our expertise spans the complete manufacturing process – from design and simulation to casting, machining, finishing and inspection. Using advanced CAD technology and casting simulation, we support customers from initial concept to prototyping and full-scale production.

In addition to UK-based manufacturing, our trusted overseas partners provide high-volume production and a full suite of complementary metal forming processes, including:

- Transferring manufacturing from existing sources to our UK and overseas facilities
- Converting fabrications into cast products
- Re-engineering machined-from-solid parts into casting designs

Our in-house capabilities include CNC machining up to 5-axis, heat treatment, plating, electropolishing, and non-destructive testing. UKAS-approved inspection and ISO 9001 accreditation ensure consistent quality, while JOSCAR registration demonstrates compliance with the highest industry and defence supply chain standards.
