Investacast, part of Expromet Technologies Group, is a leading global supplier of precision investment castings, pressure die castings and forgings for performance-critical industries.

From our facility in Ilfracombe, Devon, we deliver high-quality components to industries including aerospace, defence, energy, industrial automation, pump and valve and semiconductors.

Our expertise spans the complete manufacturing process – from design and simulation to casting, machining, finishing and inspection. Using advanced CAD technology and casting simulation, we support customers from initial concept to prototyping and full-scale production.

In addition to UK-based manufacturing, our trusted overseas partners provide high-volume production and a full suite of complementary metal forming processes, including:

- Transferring manufacturing from existing sources to our UK and overseas facilities
- Converting fabrications into cast products
- Re-engineering machined-from-solid parts into casting designs

Our in-house capabilities include CNC machining up to 5-axis, heat treatment, plating, electropolishing, and non-destructive testing. UKAS-approved inspection and ISO 9001 accreditation ensure consistent quality, while JOSCAR registration demonstrates compliance with the highest industry and defence supply chain standards.

As part of Expromet Technologies Group, Investacast combines over 70 years of casting expertise with the engineering strength and global reach of the group. Together, we deliver world-class manufacturing solutions for complex technical challenges across performance-critical applications.
