Tom Winterton

Tom Winterton has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tom started their career in 2008 as part of the UK Graduate Programme at Anglo Irish Bank. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Proposition Development Manager at HSBC, where they played a key role in transforming the bank's Wealth Management services.

Tom then joined Brewin Dolphin in 2011, initially as a Business Analyst in the Transformation Office, where they coordinated the implementation of the group strategy and provided support for business owners. Tom later became a Strategy Development Analyst, responsible for leading the development of policy areas and driving key change programs.

In 2015, Tom worked at 12Twenty, Inc. as a Product Manager, contributing to the development of the company's products. Tom then joined HSBC again in 2018 as a Project Management Consultant, where they utilized their skills to manage various projects for the bank.

Tom's next role was at Cosidla Inc (e-commerce - OldSchoolLabs.com) in 2016. As a Consultant / Business Analyst, they led data and analytics, as well as a wide range of projects. Tom played a crucial role in establishing effective customer service processes, developing strategies, improving internal processes, and automating business reporting functions.

Most recently, Tom joined InvestEngine in July 2020 as the Head of Platform, where they are responsible for leading the platform. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, strategy development, business analysis, and driving change initiatives.

Tom Winterton completed their education with a BSc in Physics with finance from the University of Surrey in 2008. Tom then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2014 to 2016.
