James Wilcox

James Wilcox is a seasoned professional in commercial advisory and risk management, currently serving as the Director and Managing Principal of Commercial Advisory at INVESTRUCTURE since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director Commercial (Secondment) at Sydney Metro, General Manager (NSW) and Director at RPS, and National Commercial and Risk Manager at Downer. Additionally, James held various leadership positions at KELLER, including Director of Commercial, Risk and Strategy, and contributed to the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors as a member of the Standards Committee. With a strong foundation in project and commercial management from previous roles in Menard Oceania, Land & Water Group, and Forkers Ltd, James holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University and is currently advancing professional qualifications through the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
