Jazper Blizzard

Jazper Blizzard is a Major Infrastructure Project Specialist with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Jazper earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with First Class Honours from Monash University and has held key positions in significant projects such as HumeLink, WestConnex Rozelle Interchange, and Sydney Light Rail. Currently serving as the Associate Director at INVESTRUCTURE, Jazper leads a multi-disciplinary Design Management team for the $4 billion HumeLink project. With experience across government authorities and various consulting firms, Jazper is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) committed to delivering beneficial infrastructure outcomes.
