John Mandel

John Mandel is currently the SVP of Engineering at Invicti. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Engineering at Acquia from March 2020 to March 2022. John was responsible for providing engineering leadership for four of Unica's world-class products, including Plan, Collaborate, Leads, and Detect. From June 2015 to February 2020, John was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Continuum. In this role, they led the Engineering, IT, Cloud Operations, and Information Security functions within the company. The organization was distributed across 5 different geographies, including Boston, Pittsburgh, Houston in the US and Mumbai and Pune in India. During their tenure at Continuum, the company transacted twice: first in June 2017 to Thoma Bravo and second in October 2019 when Continuum merged with ConnectWise. John personally led the company's transformation of technology, processes, and people, culminating in an exceptional outcome for investors due to the transformation's success and the creation of a modern scalable platform.

John Mandel has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
