Jon Malmin

Jon Malmin is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales development, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for SMB and MM at Invicti Security since November 2023. Previously, at BetterCloud, Jon excelled as an Account Executive, achieving a remarkable first deal closure within four months before being impacted by company layoffs. In earlier roles, Jon demonstrated leadership as Director of Global Business and Sales Development at Invicti Security and Sales Development Manager at Informatica, notably implementing significant process improvements and achieving outstanding team performance metrics. Jon's extensive background also includes teaching history and coaching at TROY ISD, as well as a previous career as a professional baseball player with the Los Angeles Angels after being drafted in the 31st round.
