Matthew Hillary has over 25 years of experience in the technology and customer support sectors, currently serving as Senior VP of Operations & Program Management at INVIDI Technologies since April 2007. Previous roles at INVIDI Technologies include Vice President of Customer Service, Director of Customer Support, and Manager of Customer Support. Earlier in their career, Matthew held the position of Principal Support Engineer at OpenTV and worked as a Technical Support Representative at nCUBE. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
