InVigorAging is a wellness platform dedicated to helping mature adults navigate aging with vitality, confidence, and informed self-care.
We take a holistic approach to healthy aging, recognizing that physical health, cognitive clarity, emotional resilience, and spiritual grounding are deeply interconnected. Our mission is to support older adults with practical resources, thoughtful guidance, and empowering perspectives that strengthen quality of life across every stage of later adulthood.

Our content explores movement and fitness for aging bodies, nutrition, nervous system regulation, cognitive well-being, sleep, mindfulness, and the emotional realities of retirement, caregiving, grief, reinvention, and resilience.

Founded by Laura Zohar LeRoy, InVigorAging reflects a lifelong commitment to wellness, movement, and human vitality gleaned from decades of experience as a professional dancer and dance instructor. Laura is a certified Senior Fitness Instructor and the creator of Inner Core Dance, a movement methodology based on flowing patterns found in nature including circles, spirals, figure eights, and ripples.

Coming soon: video content, expert interviews, and resources exploring the intersection of holistic wellness and emerging support technologies for older adults, and a book on Inner Core Dance.
