Mario Valducci is a seasoned manager with a diverse background in public service and corporate leadership. They began their professional journey at Price Waterhouse as an auditor from 1983 to 1987, followed by a role as Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions at Fininvest SPA from 1987 to 1993. Valducci served as a member of the Italian Parliament from 1994 to 2013, during which time they held the position of Undersecretary at the Ministry of Productive Activities from 2001 to 2006 and chaired the Transport and Telecommunications Commission from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2020, they were a Councillor at the Transport Regulation Authority and then led the Regulatory Office at FiberCop until 2024. Currently, Valducci is the Presidente of INVIMIT SGR SpA. They hold advanced degrees in marketing from Università Bocconi.
