Paul Bell

Paul Bell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure leadership, and executive management. Since January 2022, Paul serves as a Senior System Engineer at Invincible Boats and has been the CEO of Rational Technology Services since June 2016. Previously, Paul was the Director of Hosting at Assembly Legal, where a team was led in migrating a Hyper-V on-prem environment to Azure VDI for approximately 4,000 users. Other notable roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Lennar, where responsibilities included overseeing IT infrastructure maintenance and development, and Director of IT Infrastructure at Preferred Medical Plan, Inc., managing all aspects of information infrastructure. Paul began the career as a Network Administrator, contributing significantly to various critical IT projects.
