Jack Payne is currently the Head of Experience Design at Inviqa, part of the HAVAS group, a position held since 2025 after serving as the Interim Head of Experience Design in 2024. Previously, Jack served as a User Experience Lead at ekino London from 2021 to 2022 and took on various roles at Dare between 2018 and 2021, including Experience Lead and Senior Experience Planner. Earlier in their career, Jack held leadership positions such as Chief Operations Officer at Grand Scheme Bike Share Ltd. and Managing Director at ScratchBikes Ltd. Jack earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2009.
