As a highly experienced administration specialist with over 30 years of experience, I offer virtual business administration services to small business owners, professionals, and sole traders. My goal is to help you focus on the core aspects of your business and save you time for the important things - whether that’s growing your business, providing goods and services, or simply enjoying the things that make you happy.

With expertise in time management, communication, organisation, and customer service, I can effectively create order and help you achieve your goals. Utilising current technology, I can complete various tasks that don’t require a physical presence and because I’m ‘virtual’, your location is not an obstacle.

I specialise in providing comprehensive administrative support, acting as a one-stop-admin shop for small businesses. Whether you need assistance on an ad-hoc basis or require ongoing support without the need for a full-time resource, I can help. Here are just some of the tasks I can assist you with:

•	Email and calendar management
•	Meeting agendas and minutes (including Board Meeting minutes)
•	Customer invoicing and follow-up on outstanding accounts
•	Tracking bills and monitoring budgets
•	Supplier management
•	Contract administration
•	Creating templates and forms
•	Formatting, editing and proofreading documents

If you’re a small business owner who feels overwhelmed and you would like to delegate some your administration tasks, I encourage you to connect with me. Let’s discuss how I can help you free up your time and provide you with the support you need to succeed.
