Lynesia Taylor

Lynesia Taylor has a diverse work experience. Lynesia currently works as an Analyst at Invisors since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wake Technical Community College as a Mathematics Individualized Learning Center Tutor from January 2019 to December 2021. In this role, they developed tutoring resources, monitored student performance, and received requests for teaching and workshops. Lynesia was also promoted to oversee other tutors. Before that, they worked at North Carolina State University where they held multiple roles. From January 2018 to May 2021, they worked as an Instructor. Additionally, from August 2017 to May 2020, they were involved in leadership experience as a member of the NC State Graduate Student Association Teaching Effectiveness Committee. In this role, they led two projects, including awarding teaching awards and surveying graduate student teachers. Lastly, from August 2015 to January 2018, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

Lynesia Taylor completed their education starting in 2011 at Spelman College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics in 2015. Lynesia then pursued further studies at North Carolina State University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Operations Research. Continuing their academic journey, Lynesia Taylor enrolled in North Carolina State University once again in 2017 and completed their education in 2022, ultimately achieving a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Operations Research.
