Lori Raines

Lori Raines has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management within the textile industry, particularly focusing on LYCRA® and spandex products. At INVISTA, Lori held various roles including LYCRA® Classic Manufacturing Systems Technician, Production Engineering, Spandex Spinning Production Manager, and Spinning & Packing Supervisor, where responsibilities included optimizing production, implementing EHS initiatives, and managing quality systems. Since February 2019, Lori has continued as Spandex Spinning Production Manager at The LYCRA Company. Prior experience includes a technician role at DuPont, where leadership in operations and coordination of raw material management and waste disposal were key responsibilities.
