Paul Nisson is a seasoned Mechanical R&D Engineer currently employed at INVISTA since August 2014. Prior to this role, Paul provided major program support in systems engineering to the Office of the Secretary of Defense at Decisive Analytics Corporation from January 2013 to August 2014. Paul has extensive experience in engineering, having worked as a Senior Engineering Specialist at General Dynamics Land Systems, where responsibilities included managing mass properties and reliability of military vehicle systems. Additional roles at General Dynamics and other prominent companies such as IBM, 3M, and Pratt & Whitney have solidified expertise in composites engineering, technical troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes. Paul holds a Master's degree in Engineering Mechanics from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
