Phil Webster

Phil Webster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as VP Capital Projects at INVISTA since April 2004. In this role, Phil oversees the Project Portfolio at Texas Gulf Sites and spearheads engineering initiatives, focusing on innovative systems and tools while ensuring the successful execution of larger projects. Previous positions at INVISTA include Global Project Engineering Director and Director-Project Execution, where Phil supported major capital projects and led teams to achieve business objectives. Phil also served as Engineering Services Manager, managing best practices in project execution and controls, and as Senior Program Manager, delivering successful projects internationally. Prior to INVISTA, Phil spent nearly a decade at DuPont as a Senior Project Manager. Phil holds an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Doncaster Technology College and is a Chartered Engineer recognized by the Society of Operations and IET.
