Subhash Chand is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in research and development within the textile and polymer industries. Currently serving as the Global R&D Technology Leader for Performance Materials at INVISTA since November 2003, Subhash focuses on new product development, front-end innovation, and exploring advanced polymer and fiber applications. Prior to this role, Subhash was the R&D Technology Leader for Performance Surfaces at INVISTA, where responsibilities included facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams, providing consultation on R&D projects, and conducting research for flooring applications. Previous positions held include Technology Manager at Nylstar, Senior Process Engineer at Universal Fibers Inc, and R&D Manager at VSGM Ltd. in India. Subhash holds a Master’s Degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
