Timothy Ward is an experienced professional in the chemical and materials industry with a robust background in quality assurance, operations, and research. Since July 2013, Timothy has been with INVISTA as a Quality Laboratory Supervisor and Operations Team Lead, responsible for improving operational efficiency and overseeing a team of Operational Scientists. key achievements include executing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) programs and managing talent through recruitment and training. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Technician/Team Leader at MeadWestvaco, where Timothy trained team members in QA/QC processes and collaborated on quality issues, and as a Site Logistics Operator at The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on logistics performance and freight management. Timothy holds a Process Technology Certification from San Jacinto College and a high school diploma from Vidor High School in Texas.
