Four promotions boost Invitation Homes' leadership
Home leasing company Invitation Homes Inc. has announced a handful of new executive appointments to boost its leadership team. John Gibson has been promoted to the position of executive vice president and chief investment officer, while Paul Mauk has been promoted to senior vice president, Portfolio Development. Mr. Gibson has been with Invitation Homes since December 2016, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate asset management, strategy, and people management, which includes more than two decades with Goldman Sachs and its subsidiary, Archon Group. Mr. Mauk has been Invitation Homes’ vice president, Portfolio Development since joining the company in June 2019. In that role, he has helped to optimize existing and new revenue initiatives, specifically by developing ancillary products and programs that diversifying the company’s revenue streams. He is a seasoned veteran in real estate investment and operations, with a specialty in golf course management and investment. As well as these two promotions, both senior vice president, Investment Management Group, Peter DiLello, and senior vice president, Field Division-East, Alicia MacPhee have been added to the company’s internal Executive Committee. The pair will use their extensive knowledge and experience to advise the committee on all aspects of the company’s business, finances, operations, people, and culture.
