Kailey Melichar

Kailey Melichar is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in production, marketing, and business administration. Currently serving as a Production Assistant at INVNT® since June 2025, Kailey previously held various roles including Dean's Ambassador at the University of Dayton School of Business Administration, where responsibilities included leading tours and engaging with prospective students. As a Digital Marketing Associate for Flyer Enterprises Digital, Kailey provided web design services to local businesses and managed client communications. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Relations for Alpha Kappa Psi, facilitating corporate partnerships, and interning at BVK, focusing on earned media and influencer marketing. Kailey also demonstrated management skills as a Manager at Fork of the South, LLC, overseeing staff and inventory management. Kailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dayton and has furthered education at the Florence University of the Arts.
