Glenn Mitchell is currently the IT Operations Manager at InvoCare Australia, where they lead and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity. With over two decades of experience in the ICT industry, Glenn has held various roles, including Infrastructure Specialist at Virgin Australia and Hardware Support Engineer at IBM. They have a strong background in cloud architecture, identity and access management, and automation projects, all aimed at enhancing productivity and security.
