Nigel Bates is a Senior Information Technology Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in IT integration and migration, specializing in SaaS, ERP, and core banking integrations. Currently, Nigel oversees the implementation of integrated software solutions at InvoCare across 280 locations in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Nigel held senior project management roles at organizations including Westpac Group and Rabobank, focusing on large-scale migrations and system enhancements. Nigel has a diverse educational background, holding an MBA from London Metropolitan University and a Pg Dip in Computing for Commerce and Industry from The Open University, along with a BSc in Computation from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology.
