Invocation Healing Arts is a woman-owned creative wellness practice based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving clients from around the country. We support adults through trauma-informed and neuroscience-based approaches, offering transformative experiences using intuitive painting, writing, and guided workshops that foster emotional expression, nervous system regulation, and personal growth.

Our single and multi-day adult retreats blend traditional and alternative, evidence-based practices in a deeply nourishing environment. These retreats are designed to help individuals process trauma, navigate PTSD, manage anxiety and depression, and address burnout—especially for caregivers, first responders, and professionals facing corporate stress.

We also provide specialized coaching for neurodivergent individuals, including late-diagnosed women, and are certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy preparation and integration support to help clients safely explore and integrate transformative experiences.

Many of our offerings are available in-person in New Mexico, remotely, or at curated locations, creating accessible, immersive opportunities for growth and healing. Founded by a working artist and educator, Invocation Healing Arts uniquely integrates creative expression with evidence-based healing modalities, helping clients tap into their innate healing gifts, resilience, and inner wisdom.

Our mission is to provide a safe, guided space for adults to awaken their creativity and access their own inner resources, empowering them to heal, grow, and thrive. We believe in the power of creativity to transform lives, support mental health, and foster meaningful, lasting change for individuals navigating complex life challenges.
