Brian Norton has extensive experience in project management and client implementation within the payment processing industry. Currently serving as Director of Conversions & Optimization at InvoiceCloud, Inc. since January 2017, Brian oversees client implementation initiatives while managing project timelines to achieve revenue goals. Previously at FIS from August 2007 to December 2016, Brian held various roles including Manager of Implementations, where leadership of a team of PMP certified professionals was essential for the Global Retail Payments client implementations. Brian's background also includes positions such as Product Manager and Project Manager within the BillPointe division, focusing on product lifecycle management and client-related project success.
