Charles Johnson

Charles Johnson, PMP, is a Senior Implementation Manager at InvoiceCloud, Inc., where they apply their project management skills to enhance company operations. Previously, they served as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and Revenue Specialist at Johnson Controls, managing a substantial portfolio and training numerous colleagues in systems and processes. Charles also has teaching experience as an Educator at Winchendon Public Schools, where they developed innovative programs to improve student outcomes. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in Communications from Framingham State University and International Business at Bryant University.
