Dinesh Subramani

Dinesh Subramani has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Dinesh is currently the Director of Software Engineering at InvoiceCloud, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PayPal as an SRE Critical Incident Manager from June 2013 to June 2022. Dinesh also served as an Associate Manager at CSC from December 2010 to May 2013. Before that, Dinesh held various positions at Oracle, including Principal Member Technical Staff, Senior Software Engineer, and Senior Member Technical Staff from 2004 to 2010. Dinesh began their career as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2000 to March 2004.

Dinesh Subramani completed their BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including ITIL 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy Certificate, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader Certificate, ITIL 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve, Incident Responder, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), and Dale Carnegie Course. The certifications were acquired from institutions such as AXELOS Global Best Practice, PagerDuty, and Dale Carnegie Training, with the most recent certification obtained in July 2022.
