Jenna Smith

Jenna Smith is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation and campaign management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Marketing Director at InvoiceCloud, Inc. since April 2025, Jenna previously held the role of Principal Campaign Manager at Acquia, where strategic campaign initiatives were developed to enhance lead generation. During a tenure at PTC from March 2018 to April 2024, Jenna directed all marketing initiatives for North America and oversaw global events. Other notable roles include Client Services Manager at ThriveHive and Development Manager at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where significant fundraising and client support initiatives were executed. Jenna holds both an MS in Marketing and a BS in Hospitality Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
