Shaw Horton

Shaw Horton is currently the Corporate Counsel at InvoiceCloud, having previously held several legal roles, including Senior Legal Counsel at Dataiku and Project Counsel at OHL North America. Shaw began their legal career as a Legal Intern in the New York City Law Department and later practiced as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where they drafted legal documents and prepared regulatory filings. With a Doctor of Law degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Washington, Shaw has demonstrated expertise in corporate law, data privacy, and compliance throughout their professional journey.
