Jonathan (Jon) Gorman, CSM, CSPO, is an experienced Customer Success Program Manager currently employed at Invoke since March 2024. Previously, Jonathan served as a Senior Lead Consultant at Quisitive, where significant contributions were made to Microsoft Security Assessments and leadership in the M365 and Azure Security Assessment Program, earning the Microsoft Solution Assessment Partner of the Year 2022 Award. With a robust background in managing customer success and driving cloud project implementations across various industries, Jonathan's expertise includes Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft security tools, complemented by earlier roles at Catapult Systems, Sparkhound, Epsilon, and Alliant Systems. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
