Nick Miller

Nick Miller is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and hospitality. As the Founder and CEO of Universe, Nick has been involved in acquiring and building software companies since 2021. Additionally, Nick serves as an Investor and Board Member at Invoke, a creative AI firm for professionals, and as a Partner at Recess, a digitally-native restaurant brand established in the same year. Previously, Nick co-founded and led Gather, a prominent hospitality SaaS platform that merged with Tripleseat and was acquired by General Atlantic. Nick's career began at Bain & Company, where responsibilities focused on Tech, Media & Telecom, and Private Equity. Nick holds a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended the University of Oxford.
